I brought my Husquvarna Saw in because the bolts broke loose and the muffler fell off. In our research. the guys at that Rental desk couldn't find the year the saw was made. They offered to order the original screws even though they were not a Husquvarna dealer.
Matt (at the Rental desk) didn't just give up and tell me to "find a Husqvarna Dealer", Matt assisted me. I never got the impression that it was a bother for him to assist me. He simply walked me over to the screws, found a screw that fit (that in itself was difficult) and then proceeded to help me attach the muffler on to the saw in the back of the shop.
Additionally, Matt didn't make me feel like a "weekend warrior" who had no clue about tools.
I just want to say, employees like Matt, who put the extra effort in their job, make small town businesses thrive. And after searching high and low for someone to help me out with that saw, it felt good to end the day at your local store.
I also wanted to give a thank you to the assistant store manager who was at the store. He assisted in getting me to Matt and also was helpful.
